7 to 14 Days after all documents are signed and verified or 3 Days After Instrument Euroclear Delivery.
Step 1
The Buyer logs onto Euroclear system and confirms that the person who has resented their passport is truly the owner.
Step 3
The buyer contacts the seller and issues a contract for closing. Upon receiving the fully executed document back the Buyer instigates the sale.
Step 5
The sales transaction takes 3-4 days from beginning to end.
Step 2
Thereafter the buyer sends a pay order to the desk at the bank that placed the LTNs onto Euroclear and they accept and respond.
Step 4:
The codes on the Current Dated pages then allow the buyer to load the funds into the Euroclear system and block the LTNs in favor of the sale. The Seller has the option of having the funds wire transferred to their desired location.
Step 4:
Once the funds are released to the seller the title is then transferred to the new owner’s name.
